Pasta Station.....$6 per person

A Captain will prepare two specialty pastas.

Pasta Primavera in a light garlic & oil sauce

Ziti in a fresh tomato and basil sauce

Penne in a roasted pepper cream sauce

Shrimp Scampi over linguine

Rigatoni in a Lobster Cream sauce

Pasta Rustica with olives, capers, fresh tomatoes, and onions

Carving Station

A captain will carve or serve two entrèes with a side of vegetables and potatoes.

Wok or Fajita Station

A captain will sizzle, fry or sauté, your choice of entrée.

Chicken or Beef fajitas with sizzling peppers and onions...$4 per person

Beef or Chicken with broccoli stir fry in a light brown sauce...$4 per person

Grilled vegetables in a flour tortilla with Humus and Tahini sauce...$5 per person

Sweet Endings.....$4 per person

A captain will create a Chocolate Fondue with an assortment of fresh seasonal fruits and sweets for dipping.

Coffee/Tea Set Up.....$4 per person

Regular, Decaf, Tea, Sugar, Milk, and Sweet & Low.
